Personal Training will provide you with individual coaching to help you set and meet your goals, plus receive personal direction from your own trainer.  You can expect an individual self assessment, workout plans designed uniquely for you, nutritional tips and one on one direction from your own personal trainer in a group setting of less than 10 participants.  Personal training will make a difference in the success of your exercise program!
