Schedule a Tour: Get familiar with your Y facility, programs and services and meet the people who will help you transform your life.
Schedule a FREE fitness consultation: We want to make sure you have the confidence to come in and reach your goals! Work with a fitness consultant to identify your goals and create a plan tailored just for you. Free session! Be sure to make your appointment with the Welcome Center or email our Health and Wellness Coordinator, Ruby Hoffmann.
Invite a Friend or Family Members: Find a fitness partner that will push you, boost your confidence and make exercising fun! Members can invite friends and family to try the Y for free. Limit 3 guest pass visits per year. We also offer a wonderful Member Referral Program. Connect with the front desk for more details!
Get Connected and Stay Informed: Provide your email address to the Welcome Center desk to receive information on our upcoming events, staff and member spotlights, challenges, special opportunities and so much more.
