YMCA WINTER BASKETBALL IS COMING!
Get ready to hit the court! The YMCA of Abilene invites boys and girls ages 3–14 to join our Winter Co-Ed Basketball League! This six-week season is a great opportunity for children to learn basketball fundamentals, develop new skills, build confidence, practice teamwork, and make new friends in a fun and supportive environment.
Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the first time or already loves the game, our league encourages every player to learn, grow, and enjoy the excitement of playing on a team!
Season Dates: January 7 – February 13, 2027
Season Length: 6 weeks
Ages: Co-Ed 3–14 years old
Registration: 10/30/2026-12/17/2026
VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED!
Our program depends on dedicated volunteers to help our young athletes succeed! Parents and community members interested in coaching are encouraged to volunteer and make a positive impact on our players.
Parent Coach Discount: Parents who volunteer to coach will receive 30% off their child's registration fee. To receive the discount, registration must be completed in person at the YMCA Welcome Center. Online registrations are not eligible for the coaching discount.
